SHE LEADS FROM WITHIN

I came away from the Sacred Pause Retreat feeling that something had shifted within me. There had been a softening; a greater awareness of my needs; the realization that I am able to slow myself down, returning to my breathe when I start to stress or feel overwhelmed

I felt very different after the training and I woke up this morning, feeing like a totally different person, after a refreshing night's rest, I had no aches or anxiety. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. You have empowered me to realise that it is possible to lead a pain-free, stress-free life again. I look forward to the rest of the training and the rest of my life.

Morning Jess, THANK YOU SO MUCH, I feel back in myself, a different human, it's like you put me back together again. Your work is just amazing, i don't even know what to say, its transformational. Wow! I'm just so much calmer, I feel back in myself, grounded, it's ok- all the stuff is going to be ok. I am able to make some choices, not from a place of fear but being pragmatic. Thank you again. After just one TRE session with Jess I slept more soundly and had reduced PTSD symptoms, after the second session I felt much more in tune with my body and waked with a more natural gate. After the third session I found it was easier to honor my own needs and boundaries in a calm and loving way. TRE is such a powerful tool for self care and deepening our relationship with self ❤️
