Years ago, I was a winemaker running on empty — until burnout and trauma led me to pause, turn inward, and ask a deeper question: What does it truly mean to feel alive in my body?
That question changed everything.
Since then, I’ve devoted my work to guiding women back to themselves — helping them soften survival patterns, release stored emotions, and rebuild trust in their own body’s wisdom.
Through somatic healing, breathwork, and trauma release, I hold space for clarity, self-trust, and inner freedom to emerge — not from force, but from deep listening.
Today, I live on a sailboat with my partner, sailing the Caribbean and supporting women across the world in coming home to their bodies. It’s my honor to walk with you on this sacred return.

A private space where you’ll find all of the educational and somatic resources. You can move through these practices at your own pace, following your intuition or journeying through the guided arc I’ve created for you.
The first course, Coming Home: Reconnecting to Safety, is where your journey begins — helping you ground, regulate, and build a foundation of inner safety.
New resources, lessons, and practices will be added each month, supporting your ongoing growth and embodiment.
The Community Space
Connect with others walking a similar path. You’re welcome to share reflections, ask questions, and engage with the community as much or as little as you like. This is a space for honest, heart-centered connection and shared learning.
Live Sessions (Bonus Additions)
From time to time, I’ll offer live sessions — somatic explorations, embodiment practices, or Q&A gatherings. These will be announced inside the portal and community space. They’re not required, but they’re a beautiful way to deepen your experience if you feel called to join.
How it works
This membership is intentionally designed to be flexible and self-paced. You can revisit the materials as often as you like, and there’s no “falling behind.” The invitation is simply to meet yourself where you are — and to allow your journey of reconnection to unfold in its own time.
The membership is a self-paced journey, meaning you can move through the practices and teachings in your own time, guided by what feels right for you.
The core content is pre-recorded, so you’ll have on-demand access to everything inside the online portal — allowing you to revisit lessons and practices whenever you need them.
From time to time, I’ll also offer bonus live sessions — opportunities to gather in real time for somatic explorations, embodiment practices, or Q&A. These live sessions are optional, and recordings will be added to the portal so you can access them anytime, even if you can’t join live.
This membership is a women-only space.
I’ve intentionally created this container to support women who are reconnecting with their bodies, voices, and sense of self. It’s designed as a space of safety, sisterhood, and shared understanding — where women can be open, vulnerable, and fully themselves without needing to filter or protect.
This sense of safety and connection is at the heart of the work we do here.

You can cancel your membership at any time directly from your account settings. When you cancel, you’ll retain access to everything until the end of your current billing cycle.
No hard feelings, no hoops to jump through, just a gentle closing of the container, should that be what your body needs.
If you ever choose to return, the door will be open.
Payment is processed at the time you join the membership, and renews automatically each month on the same date.
You’ll be billed monthly until you choose to cancel, and you’re welcome to update or pause your membership at any time.
Your safety and well-being are my top priority.
This membership offers gentle practices for grounding, release, safety, and connection, designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of safety. It is also designed to be self-paced and supportive.
While the Body Wisdom resource library is open to anyone who feels confident self-regulating and taking responsibility for their personal journey, this space may not be suitable if you are currently experiencing severe mental health conditions or require specialized care, such as:
- Schizophrenia or psychosis
- Borderline Personality Disorder
- Severe depression or anxiety that is not currently being treated
- Traumatic brain injuries or recent serious physical injuries
- Any condition where you are currently under active care by a physician or mental health professional and require close monitoring
If you’re unsure whether these practices are right for you, or if you notice strong emotional or physical responses while practicing, I encourage you to reach out to me. We can discuss whether these exercises are appropriate for your current needs and find the support that best suits you.
Remember: You are in charge of your own process. These exercises are meant to be gentle and self-paced — if anything feels uncomfortable, you can pause, slow down, or skip it entirely.

It’s completely normal to feel emotional or even a bit overwhelmed as you move through this work. These practices can gently awaken sensations and emotions that may have been held in the body for some time.
If you ever feel activated, the best thing you can do is slow down and return to the basics.
I recommend revisiting Course One: Coming Home – Reconnecting to Safety, which will guide you back into grounding and regulation.
